Press Release Body: Freddy Braidy’s Deco Entertainment, LLC has concluded a deal with writer / producer Nico Mastorakis and his Omega Entertainment banner to produce “Whispering Distance”, from an original screenplay by Mastorakis.
The suspense thriller, according to its producers, has such a unique storyline that it will be kept under wraps during pre-production, which is to start immediately after a director has been signed.
The budget is $12 million, subject to change when key talent comes into play. Deco Entertainment is financing.
The deal was brokered by Paradigm’s Motion Picture Finance Group.
Principal photography is anticipated in February 2009 with initial sound stage filming followed by exteriors in New York, Washington D.C. and Las Vegas.
